1000 Step Beach is located at the intersection of Pacific Coast Hwy and 9th Avenue in Laguna Beach. It gets its name from the number of steps you feel like you've navigated to get down to beach. I can vouch for the fact that it sure feels like 1000 steps but according to my count there are 225. Seeing it is well worth the effort.
