"Victoria Beach Tower" Laguna Beach, CA

There are many tales about the origin and use of the 60 foot high tower. Some say it was a lighthouse; others are convinced it was built by pirates as a lookout. The fact is that it was built in 1926 as an enclosed staircase to the beach for William E. Brown, a senator from Los Angeles.  Its a must see and just a short walk to the right around the cliff at the foot of the stairs leading to Victoria Beach.
