The Phelps “Turtle Fountain”, center piece of the Lyndale Park Rose Garden’s Perennial and Annual Garden, was originally installed in the Gateway Park in 1915 but made its way to the Lyndale Park Rose Garden in 1962. Its a favorite site for kids and outdoor weddings.
