Marine General Store was built in 1870 in Marine Mills, now known as Marine on St. Croix, a beautiful river town nestled on the eastern banks of the St. Croix River. The Marine General Store is the oldest general store in Minnesota. Visitors can still buy groceries and meals there just like they did in the 19th century.

Much of Marine on St. Croix is listed as a historic district on the National Register of Historic Places. It’s a great destination for a family outing.
