The dragon on the perch is called "Lady Delphi" and is the Royal Guard Dragons' oracle.  RGDS researchers have given her that name because of the similarity between her role and that of the Oracle of Delphi in Ancient Greece. 

"Fielder" the mouse's best friend is a Royal Guard Dragon who snatches her up and flies her around.  The problem is that Fielder is afraid of heights. Here, Fielder asks Lady Delphi how to tell her friend to stop the flights without hurting her friend's feelings. Lady Delphi tells Fielder the best thing to do is to tell her friend the truth because a true friend will understand.
