Since 1973, Fresh French Fries has been serving fair goers fresh cut french fries made from potatoes locally grown in Big Lake, Minnesota. These delicious fries have been and continue to be a favorite of fair visitors who, during the 12 days of the fair, consume around 400,000 lbs. of them. Fresh French Fries has even been voted "Best French Fries in America" by Gourmet Magazine.
