The Erd-Geist Gazebo, also referred to as the Matoska Park Gazebo, was built by Thomas Erd in 1883 on the south shore of White Bear Lake as a wedding present for his daughter Anna and her husband Emil Geist. The gazebo was moved to Matoska Park in 1973.  For the past 139 years, this iconic landmark has been used for weddings, prom and family pictures, picnics and more.
